Mrs. Harper is a graduate of St. Joseph High School (Yoakum). She is a Professed Member of the Secular Franciscan Order for 36 years and has 174 clock hours in the National Diaconate Institute of Continuing Education (Notre Dame University).
Mrs. Harper has been serving St. Joseph Catholic School for the past 26 years. Her duties have included: part-time secretary, Religion Teacher for 22 years, Library Manager for 23 years.
Mrs. Harper is married to Deacon Linard Harper. They are the proud parents of 7 children and 16 grandchildren.
