Mrs. Pesek was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas and graduated from Little Rock Central High in 1997. She then followed her sister to Texas A&M and graduated in 2001 with a B.S. in Agricultural Development with an emphasis in Equine Science. She moved to Shiner with her husband and two little girls to be close to family. “It has been a blessing to be at St. Joseph’s and I enjoy working with each and every student.”
